What if, instead of spending our lives doing, doing, doing, performing, performing, performing, we spend more time exploring, asking, listening, experimenting, reflecting, striving and becoming?

Ginny’s work centers on what happens inside — within organizations and within individuals. Ginny brings more than four decades of experience in executive Human Resources leadership, where she supported organizations through growth, complexity, and high-responsibility environments.
Recognizing that meaningful development happens at both the organizational and individual level, she pursued formal study in meditation, yoga, Ayurveda, and coaching — deepening her understanding of how self-awareness and intentional practice influence resilience and well-being.
Today, she teaches meditation and contemplative practices that are practical, grounded, and accessible, helping individuals cultivate clarity and steadiness in everyday life.
Ginny holds degrees in Business and Law and is a certified teacher in Yoga, Meditation, and Ayurveda. She has also completed formal training through an ICF-accredited coaching program.
